Hello!

Greetings and Salutations, everyone. My given name is Elizabeth. My spirit name is Moondancer. This little blog is just to introduce myself.

I am a life long resident of the Oregon Coast. I learned to walk rockhounding the beaches, bays, and riverbanks. My mom always said I was born singing and music is deeply imbedded within my soul. I am autistic, have ADHD, and am eccentric. Mostly I'm just an old hippie, lol. Ft

I started creating jewelry when I was 11 years old. My grandmother, in an effort to find SOMETHING that could hold my interest long enough to give her some peace, gave me a big box of broken jewelry and encouraged me to "make something". I was also fascinated with her sewing machine and the old treadle machine in the basement. I taught myself to sew on it and never looked back. (Ok, I do look back. I love that old machine)

I received my first Tarot deck in 1975, the standard Rider-Waite deck. Since then I have added 27 more, including angel, fairy, cat, and fantasy decks, Oracle decks, Affirmation decks, etc. I do a mass public reading event every Halloween, sponsored by a local business and book clients online or in person, depending on location.

I've studied psychology since high school, finally working on a degree that didn't get finished. An illness required I drop out and I have gone in a different direction since. Queue Reiki and Compassion Key studies. One of the things I've been saying for over 40 years is that addiction is caused by trauma. Psychology is finally starting to acknowledge this and I'm praying "alternative" therapies such as Compassion Key will become mainstream.
